Description

Direct Attack Class “A” Foam Concentrate DIRECTATTACK foam agent concentrate is a Low-, Medium-, and High-Expansion Foam, Class A fire control foam concentrate formulated from specialty hydrocarbon surfactants, stabilizers, corrosion-inhibitors, and solvents. The foam agent solution has been proven effective on many deep-seated Class A fuel fires, such as tire fires, paper fires, coal fires, structure fires, and wild fires. The foam agent also provides superior cold weather performance
Class-A Plus Class “A” Foam Concentrate Chemguard Class “A” is a non-corrosive, non-toxic, biodegradable foam concentrate. When mixed with water in the correct proportion, it changes the properties of water. It reduces the surface tension of the water, and produces foam, which allows the water to cling to vertical or horizontal surfaces without run off. This allows the water to absorb more heat and provides greater penetration into Class “A” fuels.
DEEPATTACK Class B/A Foam CHEMGUARD DEEPATTACK Firefighting Foam Concentrate combines fluoro-and hydrocarbon-surfactant technologies to provide superior fire and vapor suppression for both Class B hydrocarbon and Class A fuel fires. This synthetic foam concentrate is intended for firefighting applications utilizing fresh, salt, or hard water solution. CHEMGUARD DEEPATTACK foam solution utilizes multiple firefighting suppression mechanisms.
1% AFFF Foam Concentrate Chemguard 1% AFFF is a specially formulated, synthetic, aqueous film forming foam concentrate. A vapor suppressing aqueous film is formed by the foam solution draining from the expanded foam blanket. It is intended for use at a proportioning rate of 1% (1 part AFFF concentrate to 99 parts water) on Class B hydrocarbon type fuels such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, etc. Chemguard 1% AFFF is not intended for use on fuels, which are polar solvent/water miscible such as alcohols, ketones, esters, etc.
3% Military Spec AFFF CHEMGUARD C306-MS-C 3% AFFF (Aqueous Film-Forming Foam) Concentrate combines fluoro- and hydrocarbon-surfactant technologies to provide superior fire and vapor suppression for Class B hydrocarbon fuel fires. This synthetic foam concentrate is intended for firefighting applications at 3% solution in fresh, salt, or hard water. CHEMGUARD C306-MS-C foam solution utilizes three suppression mechanisms for rapid fire knockdown and enhanced burn back resistance.
3% AFFF Foam Concentrate Chemguard 3% AFFF is a specially formulated, synthetic, aqueous film forming foam concentrate. A vapor suppressing aqueous film is formed by the foam solution draining from the expanded foam blanket. It is intended for use at a proportioning rate of 3% (3 parts AFFF concentrate to 97 parts water) on Class B hydrocarbon type fuels such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, etc. Chemguard 3% AFFF is not intended for use on fuels, which are polar solvent/water miscible such as alcohols, ketones, esters, etc.
6% AFFF Foam Concentrate Chemguard 6% AFFF is a specially formulated, synthetic, aqueous film forming foam concentrate. A vapor suppressing aqueous film is formed by the foam solution draining from the expanded foam blanket. It is intended for use at a proportioning rate of 6% (6 parts AFFF concentrate to 94 parts water) on Class B hydrocarbon type fuels such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, etc. Chemguard 6% AFFF is not intended for use on fuels, which are polar solvent/water miscible such as alcohols, ketones, esters, etc.
ULTRAGUARD 1% x 3% AR-AFFF Chemguard ULTRAGUARD C135 1%-3% alcohol-resistant aqueous film-forming foam (AR-AFFF) concentrate is characterized by a substantially lower viscosity than other 1%-3% polar solvent AR-AFFF concentrates. (See Typical Properties.) Formulated using a new and proprietary technology, ULTRAGUARD C135 can improve performance in all types of foam proportioning equipment, including in-line eductors, balanced-pressure systems, and built-in systems on Fire Apparatus. ULTRAGUARD C135 also offers better fire-fighting properties than other AR-AFFF foam concentrates and is effective with blended gasoline additives, such as Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether (MTBE) and Ethanol. ULTRAGUARD C135 is ideally suited for municipal applications, where a variety of flammable liquid spills and/or fires may occur.
3% x 3% AR-AFFF Chemguard 3% x 3% AR-AFFF is a specially formulated, free flowing, viscous, aqueous film forming foam concentrate. It forms a vapor suppressing aqueous film on hydrocarbon type fuels or a polymeric membrane on polar solvent/water miscible type fuels. Chemguard 3% x 3% AR-AFFF is intended for use at a proportioning rate of 3% (3 parts AR-AFFF to 97 parts water) on hydrocarbon fuels such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, etc., and on polar solvent fuels such as alcohols, ketones, esters, etc. Chemguard 3% x 3% AR-AFFF is specifically formulated for Topside, or Type II and Type III applications.
3% x 6% AR-AFFF Chemguard 3% x 6% AR-AFFF C363 is a specially formulated, aqueous film forming free flowing viscous foam concentrate. It forms a vapor suppressing aqueous film on hydrocarbon type fuels or a polymeric membrane on polar solvent/water miscible type fuels. It is intended for use at a proportioning rate of 3% (3 parts AR-AFFF concentrate to 97 parts water) on hydrocarbon fuels such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel etc. Chemguard 3% x 6% AR-AFFF is intended for use at a 6% proportioning rate (6 parts AR-AFFF concentrate to 94 parts water) on polar solvent/water miscible fuels such as alcohols, ketones, esters, etc.
CHEMGUARD 1 X 3 AR-AFFF CHEMGUARD C137 1×3 AR-AFFF (Alcohol Resistant Aqueous Film-Forming Foam) Concentrate combines fluoro- and hydrocarbon-surfactant technologies to provide superior fire and vapor suppression for Class B, polar solvent and hydrocarbon fuel fires. This synthetic foam concentrate is intended for forceful or gentle firefighting applications at 1% solution on hydrocarbon fuels and gentle firefighting applications at 3% solution on polar solvent fuels in fresh, salt, or hard water.
