Control Systems

For safe and precise operation, Vega bags are paired with robust Deadman Controllers:

• Double Deadman Controller (2 EXP 12) – Controls two lifting bags simultaneously from one air source. Weighs 3.0 kg.
• Triple Deadman Controller (3 EXP 12) – Controls up to three lifting bags at once. Weighs 4.0 kg.

These ergonomic controllers feature deadman safety valves (requiring constant pressure to operate), clear pressure gauges, and a rugged design for reliable performance in demanding conditions. Protective cases are also available for convenient transport and storage.

NOVA Lifting Bag

Trelleborg Nova lifting bags represent the pinnacle of high-pressure inflatable rescue technology. Operating at 15 bar (218 psi) — the highest pressure class available — these bags deliver exceptional lifting capacity (up to 100+ tons) in a compact size, making them ideal for demanding rescue, recovery, and industrial applications.

Nova bags are engineered for safely lifting, lowering, spreading, pushing, stabilizing, and moving heavy loads in tight spaces where traditional equipment cannot reach. Key features include:

• 15 Bar Single Controller Designed specifically for the Nova series, the 15 Bar Single Controller is a compact, high-flow unit that allows precise regulation and monitoring of one lifting bag at a time. It delivers consistent 15 bar pressure while maintaining excellent operator control and visibility through large, easy-to-read gauges.
